The right and left dials stopped working in April 2011. I was fortunate to get a brand new replacement BUT the same thing happened to the new watch by November. Once the dials go out of alignment on the numbers , you're screwed. Both watches were not used very often. I returned the second defective watch and was lucky enough to get a replacement, this time for a different tag model. I'm keeping my fingers crossed this one works. I sent it back to AW,Inc for repairs. Six weeks later I got the watch back after spending $20 to ship the watch back to them and $30 to have them ship it back to me. The watch stopped working again a week later and AW,Inc now wants me to send it back again to overhaul a four month old watch!!!
