I have never had a single problem with it, it looks beautiful and elegant as jewelry, and I would buy it again in a heartbeat! I've owned Rolex watches, and THOSE I HAVE had problems with, but never with either of the Cartier watches I've owned. To each his/her own, I guess. This watch is one of the most beautiful I've ever seen, which is why I bought it. I've been thrilled and proud to wear it for over 25 years! The first piece was defective and the dealer replaced the inside mechanism when nothing else worked. Now I find that even if I wear the watch for whole day and take it off for the night, it stops working by about 9 in morning next day. The dealer has yet to find a solution for this. I bought the watch in India. When I tried to get help from the Paris office of the company, I got shunted from one to another person. I had to send it to be repaired which took almost a month. The Amazon representative who helped me was great in helping expedite the repair, but I was not happy with the purchase at all.
