This review is from: TAG Heuer Women's WV2413.BA0793 Carrera Diamond Accented Automatic Watch (Watch) I bought this watch for my wife for Christmas. It's a beautiful watch, very elegant and came with all of the paperwork. BUT, it doesn't keep time. I've tried manually winding it (it's supposedly automatic via the movement of the wearer's hand), but within hours it's dead. Even when it's "working" it doesn't keep proper time. Perhaps it's just in need of some fine tuning, but since it's from Amazon, no Tag dealer will service it without charging a hefty fee. So as nice as it looks, what's the use of a watch that won't keep time? Imagine the look on my wife's face when I handed her a watch which stopped on her wrist an hour later. Over $2000 and Amazon offered me to send it back at *MY* expense so they can "test" it. They would not define what test meant. Maybe you guys should just stick to selling books. The watch was delievered with no problem. All paper work and instructions included. Amazon does the warranty for the watch. I would guess Amazon is not a Tag authorized dealer.
