This review is from: TAG Heuer Men's WAV5112.BA0901 Grand Carrera Grand Date GMT Watch (Watch) I have to say this watch is very stunning in person. Clean, great attention to detail, and very solid. However, after 4 weeks of ownership the Crown/Stem broke while I was changing the time. I couldn't lock or seal the watch. No abuse or hard impacts, I'm assuming it's a rare defect. The most disappointing part is Amazon's warranty only covers movement, which means no coverage. Tag doesn't cover since Amazon is not an authorized retailer. And the warranty company for Amazon never responded on whether they make exceptions. Long story short, amazing watch, but I'm very disappointed a watch of this caliber and price would have such a stupid defect. Even worse was the fact that I ended up paying tag a few hundred dollars to make repairs after only a month of ownership and not having it repaired under any warranty or goodwill. I've typically heard good things about Tags, I may have been the unlucky one but it does put the warranty issue into perspective. I'm assuming...
